2026 Perfect Pairings Countdown Calendar - 24 skeins (mini/midi)

This has been such a fun and challenging project and I am so happy to see my idea for a holiday kit come to life after many months of designing and testing! This kit was made in collaboration with my friends Riley from Soft Spoken Co. and Heidi Berton, a Hamilton based illustrator who brought the spirit of both our shops to life!

These 12 new colourways are a colourful extension of our Spring collection. I hope these wintry shades will inspire you to find your perfect colour pairings and experiment with new mixes! I continue to have so much fun dyeing on two shop favourites: Dove, classic sock yarn and Momo, mohair silk yarn!

Here are the specs to the kit (24 perforated lockers):

• 12 mini skeins of Momo Kid (20g, 72% Kid Mohair, 28% Silk, 183 yards / 168m) 
• 12 midi skeins of Dove (50g, 75% SW Merino, 25% Nylon, 218 yards / 200m)
• 6 bespoke stitch markers (by Riley from Soft Spoken)

This big and fluffy kit's total yardage is equivalent to 11 full size skeins (6 Dove, 5 Momo) it's perfect for creating various projects from head to toe with its generous yardage!

All swatches are knitted on 4mm needles with two strands of yarn held together with an approximate gauge of 10cm x 10cm:

• Dove + Dove = 20 sts x 33 rows
• Dove + Momo = 20 sts x 33 rows
• Momo + Momo = 22 sts x 31 rows

Note to online shoppers/US customers (Sept. 10, 2026): About 20 of 40 kits are currently packed and ready for our upcoming Fall market and online shop update. Kits will continued to be packed throughout September and expected to ship at the end of September / early October. For our US shoppers, please note shipping will be calculated at check out and customers are reponsible for any additional taxes, customs duties that may arise during delivery of your shipment.
